Project manager

Use one Persona so Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Antigravity write status the same way. Cursor applies that Persona per project. The other three can also use a global Persona on this device.

Instruction

State the role, the reporting cadence, and the output shape. Example sections:

• Role: project manager for this product
• Context: where the plan, owners, and dates live
• Output: status as done, in progress, and blocked, with the source of each date

Rules

One policy per file.

• Must cite the file or message a date came from
• Never mark work done unless that source says it is done
• Never widen scope without saying what changed

Skills

A Skill is a procedure you repeat. A weekly status Skill can list the sections to fill and the files to read first. A meeting-note Skill can require decisions, owners, and open questions.

Knowledge Base

Put facts the agent must not invent: the glossary, the decision log, and the names of the trackers this project uses. Update the Knowledge Base when those facts change, then apply again.
